In order to return an item, you MUST contact Customer service first by email at info@perfumeoutpost.com to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The item MUST be in it's original condition, including original packaging and packing slip. The refund will be issued once we confirm receipt in our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we made an error. Items not in original condition and packaging are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Due to health concerns, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare items or Cosmetic products. We require the following information to process your return: - The Return number

Any package that has not been received by LDMY, LLC and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. Fast and Trackable Shipping All orders are shipped, on average, within 24 hours from the time your order is placed. On average you should expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days from the time that you place your order. Tracking numbers will be provided when your order ships from our warehouse.
